Rachel Ferguson

Rachel joined as Gordon’s Executive Assistant in 2017, proudly working directly to Gordon across all Gordon Ramsay ventures. Joining from Karla Otto PR, where she had worked as EA to the world renowned PR maven and owner Karla, across 7 International agencies and with iconic designers such as Valentino, Givenchy and Celine.

Prior to this Rachel fulfilled a lifelong dream (!) to work at the self-proclaimed “Greatest store in the world” Selfridges, working with the Directors of the famous luxury store across their Operations, Marketing and F&B departments. During which time she supported the openings of numerous restaurants, including the Roof Top Vintage Salt, and also the 100,000 square foot, Designer Studio project, featuring over 80 international labels, and five shop-in-shop concepts.

Rachel enjoyed much of her early career in UK ‘Adland’, working for agency heads at McCann Erickson and Euro RSCG, with global clients such as Mastercard, Reckitt Benckiser, Intel and Peugeot.

Rachel is a proud graduate of the Lucie Clayton Charm Academy, a distinguished college dating back to the 1900s with a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality, excellently trained and presented young ladies.
