London
Kariim Case is a Development Assistant Producer, a recognised Broadcast Hot Shot, and a graduate of the prestigious Channel 4 Production Trainee Scheme.
He joins Studio Ramsay Global from Channel 4’s digital arm, 4Studio, where he was part of the channel’s first in-house development team, working across both branded and original digital content. During his time there, he developed a range of original formats, including Baking News, Bold Predictions, Face Your Fears, Tr4nsform, and Date My Chat for YouTube—a digital companion format launched alongside Candice Carty-Williams’ TV adaptation of her bestselling novel, Queenie. On the branded side, Kariim created short-form content for major names such as Remington, Nicorette, Toblerone, Everclean, and Vanish. His concept Me, My Stuff and I won both a Webby Award and a Lovie Award.
Before that, while working at Leeds-based indie Wise Owl Films, Kariim launched a digital label, debuting with the flagship show Boxfresh as part of the launch of Channel 4.0. He also spearheaded a nationwide talent search for Channel 4’s E4 Academy and contributed to the production of the BBC series When Motown/Tina Turner Came to Britain.
When he’s not dreaming up TV and digital formats, you’ll likely find him deep into a music rabbit hole, experimenting in the kitchen, obsessing over trainers and Wallabees, or even building a chair from scratch.
