Restaurateurs hoping for a quick fix or a social media glow-up are in for the surprise of their lives when famed culinary titan Gordon Ramsay trades in his signature chef knives for a state-of-the-art surveillance vehicle and cutting-edge spyware.
In a Gordon Ramsay series first, Chef Ramsay will go undercover into struggling restaurants under the cover of night. With the help of a covert insider, he’ll collect raw, unfiltered evidence and gain a 360-degree view of each restaurant’s biggest issues. The insider remains unknown to the staff and assists Ramsay in a dramatic after-hours infiltration that includes a black light kitchen investigation—revealing more filth and foul play than ever before.
By the time Ramsay reveals his identity, it’s too late for the staff to hide their culinary crimes. This is his toughest mission yet, as he takes extreme measures to not only revamp the restaurant, but also confront the people behind it. Because while menus and interiors can be upgraded, real change has to start with the team.
